What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website (the i-Clarity marketing site). By using it you agree to them. They do not cover the i-Clarity practice management platform — access to the platform, support, service levels, data processing and fees are set out in your customer agreement, which takes precedence for anything to do with the product.
The site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (company no. [XXXXXXXX]), [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us").
Using the site
You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content or data without our written permission;
- use the contact forms or chat assistant to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material, or to impersonate someone else.
Content and accuracy
We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, and we hold ourselves to describing the platform honestly. Even so, the site is provided for general information: features, screens and workflows shown are illustrative and may differ from your configuration; the platform develops continuously (we release new versions regularly), so capabilities can change. Product examples — patient names, practices, figures in the demonstrations — are illustrative and not real customer data.
Roadmap items marked as "in development" or similar are statements of intent, not commitments to deliver a feature by any date.
Pricing shown on the site
Plan prices shown are our current list prices per location, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Usage allowances, add-on bundles and any figures marked indicative are for guidance and are confirmed in your quote. Your actual price is set out in your customer agreement or written quote, which prevails over anything on the site.
Intellectual property
The i-Clarity name, logo and star mark, the site's design, text, graphics, animations and code, and the platform's interface are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Customer names and logos on the site are used with permission and remain their owners' property. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use needs our written permission.
The chat assistant
The "Ask i-Clarity" assistant is an AI tool designed to answer questions about the platform. It's helpful, but it can be wrong or incomplete — treat its answers as a starting point, not a contractual statement. Anything that matters (features, pricing, data handling, timelines) should be confirmed with our team on a discovery call or in writing. See our privacy policy for how chat messages are handled.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites (for example, our Knowledge Base and customer websites). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, the site is provided "as is" for information; we won't be liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content or from any interruption or unavailability. This doesn't affect any rights you have under a customer agreement with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
